The Crescendas Group is a multi-industry group with interests in property, hospitality, technology, distribution and manufacturing. It was established in 1982 in Singapore and today has facilities and operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, China, Australia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives

We have more than 30 years of experience in owning, investing in, developing for sale and managing quality commercial and industrial properties in Singapore and the region.

Properties in our portfolio, which are strategically located in suburban areas of Singapore and downtown core of regional countries, include Synapse and Amnios in Biopolis, one-north; Print Media Hub in Paya Lebar iPark; GB Point and Milestone 198 in Kallang; and the proposed high-rise mixed development in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
